Robert Le Grande, M. Ed., O.H.S.T

Our senior loss prevention representative, Robert LeGrande, is a native Oklahoman who was educated at the University of Central Oklahoma.  He received a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety and a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Community Service.  He is also a certified Occupational Health and Safety Technologist and a licensed Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation adjuster.

Robert has over 13 years experience in the field of safety.  Prior to coming to Hospitality Comp, he worked in several settings including manufacturing and chemical production.  In his current loss prevention role, he is responsible for safety inspections of new and existing group members.  If needed, he conducts accident investigations for members incurring larger than average numbers of injuries or severe injury incidents.  Robert is a part of the Hospitality Comp team providing ongoing safety meetings for members throughout the year.  He also provides on site safety meetings for larger members desiring in house training.
