Marlene Le Grande received her registered nursing degree from OSU/OKC in 1974 and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Southern Nazarene University in 1990. For the past 20 years, Marlene has practiced in the area of workers’ compensation case management. After co-owning a Case Management and Vocational Rehabilitation company for 10 years, she moved to Hospitality Comp in April 2006. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Chapter of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA) and the Oklahoma Self Insurers’ Association. In 2000, she was chosen as the first ever Oklahoma Case Manager of the Year by her CMSA peers.
In her current position, Marlene assists our adjusters in care coordination for members’ injured workers. As a part of that role, she interfaces both telephonically and in person with injured workers, employers, physicians and other members of the treatment team. She also assists in conducting member safety meetings both in group and on site settings.
